SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
At this time, we do not ship to:

∙ Remote or restricted areas where carrier service is unavailable
∙ Addresses outside of the United Kingdom
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

SHIPPING RATES
We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom.

DISPATCH CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear following dispatch.
FAILED DELIVERY OR RETURNED PACKAGES
If a shipment fails due to:

The package may be returned to us.
In such cases, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
